This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”, “Terms of Use” or "Agreement") is describing what are your rights and obligations upon registration on this website for participation in tournaments.

(www.pglesports.com) a company established under the laws of Romania, with its registered office at 9-9A Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd, building no 2, Iride Business Park, ground floor, district 2, Bucharest, 014284, Romania, EU VAT ID No. RO16896480, hereinafter referred to as “PGL”.

1. Acceptance of the Terms.
This website is operated and administered by PGL and your relationship with PGL is governed by these Terms of Use. By completing the registration form and expressly agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms of Use.
You may also need to agree to any additional terms and conditions of use required before using Gears 5® and Xbox®.
Any Gears 5® game-related and in-game interaction and/or purchases are governed by Gears 5® terms of use.
2. Gears 5® Age Rating and Legal Age
Gears 5® has been rated by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) under MATURE 17+ category containing Blood and Gore, Intense Violence and Strong Language.
Gears 5® has been rated by PEGI (Pan European Game Information) PEGI 18, restricting availability to ADULTS ONLY and is not suitable for anyone below the age of 18, due to depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters and use of sexual expletives.
Minors under the age of 17 (if you are a US citizen) and 18 (for any other citizenship) may not register for this website. PGL may ask you to provide any satisfactory evidence to prove that you have the legal age required to use this website.
3. Obligations following the registration. Personal data
Upon your registration on this website you agree to choose a strong password for your account and keep it confidential at all times. Liability for your account rests with you, until you close your account. Any login issues or other problems with your account should be reported immediately to PGL.
This website is operated and administered by PGL. PGL is committed to fully respect your right to privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The personal data that PGL collects from you on this website, how such personal data is processed and secured, how long such data is retained and/or stored, the legal basis for any processing of your personal data, what are your rights as data subject and how you may contact PGL in connection with any questions, queries or concerns regarding your personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy.
This website uses personal data in connection with Gears 5®, Xbox® and Xbox® Live. The following link https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-US/privacystatement contains all information regarding processing of personal data in connection with Gears 5®, Xbox® and Xbox® Live. Gamertags will be displayed to facilitate communication between Teams and Players, and enable roster verification. The Administration may also use this information to entitle in-game content, provide customer support, and verify Player details when necessary.
This website was developed and is being maintained by Webedia, a French company registered under RCS Nanterre 501 106 520, headquartered at 2 rue Paul Vaillant Couturier, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France. 4. Applicable law. EU protection of Consumers rights

5. Termination
The Terms of Use are applicable starting with the date you accept the terms upon registration and will continue until terminated by you or PGL at any time. This Agreement between you and PGL might be also terminated for cause in case of breaching the above Terms of Use.
6. Disputes
In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, termination or the validity of this Agreement, you agree to seek an amicable solution first. In case an amicable solution is not possible or fails after negotiations between the disputing parties for at least thirty (30) days, you may wish to submit your dispute to the European Commission’s Alternative Dispute Resolution European Commission’s website available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage and in case of failure to address the competent courts.
7. Updates and amendments
These Terms of Use were first published on September 12, 2019 and might be subject to updates in the future. You will be kept informed about any updates that we operate, and you will have the option to review any amendment and/or update and further expressly agree or disagree with any amendment and/or update.
